Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@northernrootsskincare.com with your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if it falls within the cancellation window.
