At Northern Roots Skincare, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@northernrootsskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please reach out to us. We are committed to helping you find the right solution for your skin and may offer guidance, exchanges, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using products for at least 2–3 weeks to see full results
